Cancellations/ Early Departures
Cancellations must occur 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a one night room and tax fee.
There will be a charge of one night’s room plus tax for guests departing prior to their schedule departure date where notice is not received 24 hours prior and before 12 PM MST. Early check-out fees will be waived in the case of family or medical emergencies or if an attendee is recalled to their state by their Governor.
Hotel Parking
Valet parking is available on-site for $39 per vehicle, overnight.
Self-parking is not available.

Hotel Fitness Center and Pool
A fitness center is available for guests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Rooftop Pool is open 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily.
